My experience has taught me that change starts with oneself. First we need to understand cause and effect in own behaviour, thought patterns and emotional habits, take responsiblity for the impact we have on others and then make informed, wise choices in order to be able to create the results that we truly want.
Perhaps ironically, responsibility and freedom go hand in hand.
